To ensure an elite experience for all our guests and to respect our surrounding community and local municipal bylaws, all residents and visitors at The Grandview must strictly adhere to the following regulations. Breach of these rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit.
👥 1. Occupancy & Visitors

- Maximum Capacity: The Grandview strictly accommodates a maximum of 12 overnight guests.
- Unregistered Visitors: No day visitors are permitted on the property without prior written approval from management. Under no circumstances may daytime visitors remain on the property past 22:00.
🤫 2. Noise & Quiet Hours

- Quiet Hours: In accordance with Mangaung Metropolitan municipal bylaws, strict quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 to 07:00 daily.
- No Parties or Events: The Grandview is a premium, relaxation-focused estate. Parties, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations, loud student gatherings, and events are strictly forbidden.
- Sound Systems: Subwoofers, heavy bass, or professional sound equipment may not be brought onto the premises.
🚗 3. Parking & Vehicles

- Designated Parking: All guest vehicles must park inside the designated garage spaces or the secure driveway.
- Street Parking: No vehicles may park on the grass or block neighboring driveways.
- Speed Limits: If entering via a private estate road, please adhere to the posted speed limits to ensure community safety.
🚭 4. Smoking & Vaping

- 100% Smoke-Free Indoors: Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside any area of the home.
- Designated Outdoor Areas: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor terrace areas. Please use the provided windproof ashtrays. A deep-cleaning fee of R 5,000 will be charged if smoke residue or odor is detected indoors.
